We are at Tailoring / Garments Factory that specializes in ethnic Middle Eastern menswear - Thobe, Jubba, Kandura, Dishdahs, Jalabiya. We have our factory in Ajman. We have an e-commerce website (www.alqamees.com) that we operate and sell our clothing online across the world. We are looking for a production manager who can plan, monitor and finalize production along with manage the workforce such as Tailors, Cutting Masters, fusing press, QC, packing.

• Minimum 4 Years of Jubbah/Kandura/Thobe Cutting Master Experience
• Minimum 5 Years of Experience of Jubbah/Kandura/Thobe Tailoring
• Experience of running a small unit in essential
• Bespoke Master and Tailoring experience is advantage
• Computer Literate - Savvy in use of Excel is advantage
• In Depth knowledge of Garments Line Tailoring, Cut-to-pack.
• Knowledge of setting up Production Chain work based on time-and-motion
• Hands on approach in getting tasks done
• Resourceful and Organized

Basic Requirements.

- Tailoring Background, Cutting and Tailoring Experience

- Previous Experience of running production chain work

- Good knowledge of thobes, kanduras and dishdasha. Previous experience with thobes is important

- MS Office, specially Excel

- English Reading, Wiring, Communication is important

- UAE Driving License is a bonus.

-Garments Factory Work experience is required.

Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
