Job Description:

As an Animator at Innovex Marketing Agency, you will play a pivotal role in creating captivating and visually stunning animations that engage and entertain our audience. You will work closely with our talented team of artists, designers, and directors to bring our creative visions to life.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Character Animation: Create fluid and lifelike character animations, including body movement, facial expressions, and gestures, to convey emotions, actions, and interactions.

2. Storyboard Interpretation: Translate storyboards and animatics into animated sequences, ensuring continuity, timing, and visual appeal.

3. Collaboration: Collaborate with the art and design teams to maintain the artistic integrity of the project and ensure consistency in character design and animation style.

4. Technical Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard animation software and tools to create animations that meet technical requirements and project deadlines.

5. Feedback Integration: Actively participate in animation critiques and feedback sessions, making necessary adjustments and improvements to your work.

6. Problem Solving: Identify and solve animation-related challenges and technical issues to deliver high-quality animations on time.

7. Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, providing updates on progress and seeking input and feedback to improve animations.

8. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest animation techniques, trends, and technologies to enhance your skills and contribute to the team s creative growth.

9. Photo editing: You may have to incorporate photos into your graphic design projects, so it s important to know how to edit stock photos.

10. Design principles: know how to use white space, color, hierarchy and other principles to compose well-balanced designs.

11. Creativity: Creativity refers to the ability to generate new ideas and use them to solve problems or communicate with others. Successful graphic designers are highly creative and innovative, making sure to stay up to date on the latest graphic design trends.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor s degree or equivalent in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in character animation and storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, Autodesk Maya, Blender).
• Strong understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and character performance.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
