Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure hardware and software components.
• Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, updates, and security patches.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security and performance.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, Linux, or Unix.
• Proficiency in network protocols, routing, and security practices.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
